The Chapman University alumni network continued to make its footprint in the Orange County business community with its most recent Chappy Hour at the Center Club in Costa Mesa. Members of this professionally-driven group gathered with an attendance that displayed the event’s ability to enrich the lives of alumni and involve its participants in the bright future of Chapman University.

The
Chapman University Young Alumni Executive Committee
coordinates and promotes the Chappy Hour program to enable and encourage alumni to stay connected with their alma mater by networking, socializing and building relationships with Chapman leaders. The goal of the program is to create Chappy Hours all over the country for alumni who are seeking personal and professional growth opportunities and want to take advantage of the strength of the Chapman University network.

If there isn’t a currently Chappy Hour being hosted regularly in your area, please
volunteer to organize one
. The process is as easy as selecting a venue for happy hour, networking and of course, having fun. Take it from the host of this month’s Chappy Hour,
Rob Selway ’07 (MBA ’09)
of Citizens Business Bank: “Chappy Hours are painless to coordinate and a great way to reconnect with the people you went to school with and make new connections with the people who share the common thread, which is being a Chapman University graduate.”

In addition to coordinating Chappy Hours, the Chapman University Young Alumni Association partners the
Think Chapman First
and
Alumni Networking Roundtable
programs to provide a broad range of services to connect alumni with jobs, internships, and opportunities that will add success in the advancement of their careers.
