Many things have been going on with the review of Blackboard Learn as we discuss what we want in a Future Ready Digital Learning Experience #FRDLE for Chapman University. If you haven’t participated yet and want to know what you can do to catch-up, refer to the list below. Feel free to do 1 or all 10!
1. Participate in a Survey
What do you think about Blackboard Learn? We need your feedback as we review Blackboard and the Learning Management System (LMS) Chapman University will use in the future. Start the survey now and let us know what you think! We have one survey for faculty and one survey for students.
2. Attend a Sandbox Event on either Wednesday, December 5 or Thursday, December 6
We are having not one, but TWO Sandbox events on December 5th and December 6th. Faculty are welcome to stop by the Tech Hub in DeMille 104 and students can stop by DeMille 100 to see what it looks like to be in a class within Canvas, Brightspace, or Blackboard Ultra.
3. Attend the Blackboard Ultra presentation on Friday, December 7
Stop by the Tech Hub (DeMille 104) On Friday, December 7th at 10am for our weekly FRDLE Friday discussion. We will be viewing a presentation of Blackboard Ultra and discussing the possibilities. If you can’t make it in person, attend virtually via Zoom!
4. Attend the panel discussion on December 7
Stick around the Tech Hub (DeMille 104) after the Blackboard Ultra presentation and attend the Interactive Panel Discussion from 11am to noon.
5. Read and explore the LMS Review website
We have an entire website devoted to the LMS Review.
