Jennifer Leo, MEd., Instructional Designer

When Chapman University made the quick transition to remote instruction in March of 2020, the ETS team reached out to Jennifer Leo for help with that transition. Her experience in online teaching and instructional design helped our faculty move to remote instruction.

We are thrilled to announce Jennifer is back at Chapman for Fall 2021 to continue those efforts!

Jennifer holds an M.Ed. in Education focusing on adult learning theory and assessment design, from the University of Utah, and a certificate in eLearning & Instructional Design from the University of California, Irvine. She has over a decade of experience in curriculum development, course design, and program design. Specializing in blending existing course materials with innovative learning methodologies and technologies, she helps faculty to create learning experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and accessible for students.

If instructors are looking to add interest to their course using technology, reinforce course design for equity, diversity, and inclusion, strengthen and align course assessments, or would like a total course overall, Jennifer has a simple, step-by-step process to make any course shine.
