Prior to enrolling in the Argyros School she worked in talent acquisition as an HR recruiter in the engineering and pharmaceutical industries.<\/p>\n<p>Asha earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Creighton University 2013. In 2015 she completed her M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.<\/p>\n<p>Chapman University and the Argyros School appealed to Asha because of the Full-Time MBA program\u2019s structure and personalized education offered. Beginning the program, she is excited about many benefits available to our students, specifically guidance and assistance from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/business\/career-services\/index.aspx\">Career Services<\/a>\u00a0team, multiple international business opportunities to choose from and the combination of quantitative and practical course curriculum.<\/p>\n<p>While completing her MBA she looks forward to connecting with her cohort, professors and surrounding MBA staff. She\u2019s also excited to again focus on learning and developing her skillset, both in the formal classroom setting and from her peers and Argyros School connections she\u2019ll make over the next two years.
