Advice to students on how to adjust their job search in the time of COVID 19?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Set yourself apart from the crowd; include a cover letter, do your research on the company before phone screens\/interviews, show you care by following up. It never hurts to make an extra effort. Something quick & simple like sending an email or a physical letter to the interviewer to thank them for their time and attention can speak volumes to your seriousness.<\/p>\n

How has your recruitment model adjusted to this unprecedented time? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We continue to attend virtual and in-person events. Initial phone screenings remain the same.\u00a0 But the face-to-face interview has moved to be either, or both, in our office and online.<\/p>\n

What excites you about your company\/industry? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

It truly is an amazing thing to be part of a growing company with so many modernizations in such a historically massive industry. It has been clear to me from the very beginning that I entered into a company that would be ever-evolving, that cared deeply for not only its customer but its team members. OptionWide is on its way to remarkable success and I cannot be prouder to be part of that.<\/p>\n
