After applying for and being approved to host an employer recruiting booth at the career fair, the next step is to create your schedule.
This is a critical step – group and 1:1 sessions are the only way students interact with you and your company, and without a schedule built, there is no way for candidates to reserve time with you. The earlier you build your schedule, the better.
