At the OC Giants event held on Thursday<\/span>, October 6,\u00a0<\/span>First American<\/span><\/a> (in partnership with Chapman University and the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County) gave an insider’s view into the company and available opportunities. Gonzalez mentioned the company\u2019s long-standing partnership with Chapman University and\u00a0<\/span>shared\u00a0<\/span>how her experience at Chapman\u00a0<\/span>University\u00a0<\/span>helped<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>her<\/span>\u00a0develop leadership and networking skills<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>that have<\/span>\u00a0contributed to her success at First American<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>At the core of networking is relationship building and as a student<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0I got involved in clubs and on-campus events where I had the opportunity to engage with other students and faculty. It was\u00a0<\/span>exciting<\/span> to have a sense of belonging when I joined First American through an internship program.<\/span><\/p>\n

Similarly, Rausch\u00a0<\/span>emphasized the special working environment, highlighting that<\/span>\u00a070% of the company\u2019s staff is made up of women<\/span><\/b>, a mark that ties in with their diversity and inclusion initiative.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
