We are looking for individuals who are excited to work on executing a large scale event. Ideally the correct applicant should have some interest and passion in event planning and marketing.
These individuals will get to work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, expanding their knowledge in various stages of print and online marketing campaigns, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.
Assist in the creation of signage, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on-line promotions, etc.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials
Assist in market research (as well as investigating correct points of contact for businesses county wide)
Assist with event activation, set up and help during large scale 1,500 – 2,000 person events
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing Marketing or Communications degree
Basic understanding of relationship building
Basic understanding of, and interest in, learning more about the production process of ad campaigns
Basic understanding of, and interest in learning more about the processes of print production
