School of Communication Advising

Spring 2024

All School of Communication undergraduate students are welcome to meet with any of our advisors in the School of Communication. At least one advisor is available every afternoon, Monday through Friday, during the fall and spring semesters. You have access to both faculty advisors (Drs. Bartosh, Bejerano, and Weber) as well as a general advisor (Mr. Ezequiel Jimenez). Dr. Weber and Mr. Jimenez are available throughout the year (summer, fall, interterm, spring).

To meet with your advisor:

  • Online appointments are conducted through Microsoft Teams (not Zoom). Microsoft Teams is available for free using your Chapman credentials. You can learn more about using Microsoft Teams here: Microsoft Teams information. You can book your appointment with a School of Communication Advisor here: Appointment Link
  • Walk-in hours are in-person and do NOT require an appointment. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis during walk-in hours.
