The event also includes a special session for members of CALSA (California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators).\u00a0 People of all ages, genders, and backgrounds are invited to attend. \u00a0Networking opportunities are available and encouraged!<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s keynote speakers and panelists feature women leaders from a variety of fields, each offering to share their experience as females in their respective areas of work.\u00a0 The keynote speakers are <strong>Tracy Walder<\/strong>, an FBI Special Agent Turned Teacher and Author and <strong>Nicole Washington<\/strong>, the Director of Innovation and Growth at OCTANe.\u00a0 Our three panelists include <strong>Brateil Aghasi<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer of WISEPlace, one of Orange County\u2019s first communities devoted specifically to unaccompanied homeless women in transition, <strong>Martha L. Martinez<\/strong>, Superintendent for Salinas City Elementary School District, and <strong>Nikki SooHoo<\/strong>, Film and Television Actress.\u00a0 Despite their diverse careers, each has the shared experience of being successful women in their fields.\u00a0 They are all excited to talk about how they utilized leadership skills to get to where they are and continue to use them to excel on
