The streets of Old Towne Orange were once again filled with Halloween magic as Treats in the Streets made its return on Thursday, October 30, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This year\u2019s celebration came alive with a ghoul-tastic Halloween stage, a brand-new Kids Zone, and a special appearance from the Ghostbusters! Families enjoyed music, festive games, and trick-or-treating, while the costume contest filled Old Towne with laughter, color, and hometown pride as families showed off their creativity and Halloween spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chapman\u2019s Community Relations team, partnering with The Hilbert Museum, added plenty of Panther pride to the evening. Their Little Mermaid\u2011inspired booth, complete with appearances by Ariel and Prince Eric, handed out more than 2,000 goodie bags packed with sweet treats, stickers, and a special insert highlighting the museum\u2019s new Education Program. The hands\u2011on learning experience invites participants of all ages to join guided tours and creative workshops aligned with California curriculum standards, inspiring families to explore art, creativity, and education together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cSeeing all the smiling faces of the kids and families enjoying the festivities is a wonderful reminder of how meaningful these community traditions are,\u201d said Mandy Moncure, Community Relations Manager. \u201cI\u2019m so grateful to be a part of it and can\u2019t wait for next year.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For Chapman, Treats in the Streets is more than a Halloween celebration; it\u2019s a chance to strengthen the long-standing bond with the City of Orange.
