They will have a small crane installing stairs at the south end of the site. All work will be conducted during the project&#8217;s approved hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, it is almost time to pull the large crane back out of the hole. Walnut will be closed between N. Center Street and N.
