For our inaugural production, we are mounting an original play for the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival, June 7\u201424:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><em>How to Be Lazy and Not Feel Guilty<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">The play follows Jenine as she rapidly descends into overwork-related madness. It&#8217;s an absurd comedy with a vibrant ensemble of characters, all of whom are out to dismantle Jenine&#8217;s mental health one stress-inducing event at a time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">This play was workshopped at the 2017 William Inge Festival Play Lab.\u00a0It is written, directed, and produced by recent Chapman Theatre alumni Drew Petriello (&#8217;16, writer\/producer) and Natasha Gualy (&#8217;18 director\/producer). The entire cast is comprised of Chapman alumni as well, including the marvelous talents of Sarah Richards (&#8217;18) as the leading role of Jenine, Duncan Kinzie (&#8217;18) as her boyfriend Thomas, and Addison Turner (&#8217;18), Emerson Harris (&#8217;18), and Drew Petriello as ensemble actors who play roughly a dozen characters each.<\/p>\n<h3>Sounds great!
