The bard is back in the Department of Theatre!\u00a0 Twelfth Night, or What You Will<\/em> by William Shakespeare is a comedy about a cross-dressing, ship-wreck surviving, poetry-loving girl (Viola) who finds herself at the center of a not-so-average love triangle.\u00a0 Full of music, riotous behavior, drink, dance and giving in to self-indulgence, it is thought to be the last romantic comedy penned by the Bard.\u00a0 Colorful and exotic, Twelfth Night<\/em> is Shakespeare at his comedic best.<\/p>\n

This production will be directed by associate professor Thomas Bradac, artistic director of Shakespeare Orange County.\u00a0 Professor Bradac is the past recipient of the prestigious Dramalogue<\/em> Publisher’s Award for Exceptional Achievement in Theatre for his work with Grove Shakespeare Festival, the OC Weekly<\/em> Helena Modjeska Award for his contributions to theatre in Orange County, and more recently the Kennedy Center\/American College Theatre Excellence in Education Award for his work at Chapman.<\/p>\n
