First stop was New York City, where he danced in Backhausdance\u2019s &#8220;Incandescent&#8221; for the annual Association of Performing Arts Presenters (APAP) conference. The following week the company performed a new work locally, &#8220;The Margin,&#8221; at Ten Tiny Dances in Segerstrom Center for the Arts\u2019 Off Center Festival.\u00a0\u00a0 Zak is currently preparing with Backhausdance to perform at <em>Dance For Life<\/em>, an evening of concert dance raising funds and awareness for the fight against HIV\/AIDS.
