Meet Crean’s Newsletter Committee!!

Yasi Sanandaj is a Health Sciences major and Psychology minor. She is a Los Angeles native and loves to read books, discover new desserts, and spend time with her family. As a Crean Senator on behalf of the Student Government Association (SGA), she is very excited to see the Crean community united under a newsletter program. Her role is to collect information regarding student interest in the Crean Newsletter initiative and to partake as a liaison between the newsletter committee and SGA. SGA strives to enhance students’ lives and advocates for any necessary changes on behalf of the student body. Eugenia Lee is a Health Sciences major and Political Science minor. She works as an Office crean-eugenia-leeOperations Assistant in the Student Engagement Department and involved in the Senior Legacy Committee. She is a member of the Provost Student Advisory Board, where she participates and brings ideas and students’ suggestions for a more cohesive environment at Chapman University. Eugenia is also a member of the new Cross Cultural Center Advisory Board where she interacts with the Board to create themes and purposes of the center, as well as brainstorm ideas of the physical center throughout the construction process. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, traveling, and exploring with friends. As Chief Editor for the Crean Newsletter, her role is to communicate with Dean Hill’s Office and the newsletter committee to finalize the publication of the newsletter, and serve as a representative for internal/external committee relations.

crean-matthew-ecleviaMatthew Eclevia is an aspiring Doctor of Physical Therapy student in his second year at Chapman University. He works as a tutor at the Tutoring, Learning, and Testing Center (TLT) and participates in research. He is Co-Presdient of the Pre- Physical Therapy/ Occupational Therapy Club and an AMSA member. In his free time he enjoys watching movies and playing hockey. He is the Campus Involvement Editor of the Crean Newsletter and is in charge of collecting information about clubs and events relevant to Crean on campus. 

Jonathan Farris is a sophomore Health Sciences major, with a minor in Business Administration. He is crean-jonathan-farrisvice-president of Chapman’s Pre-Physical and Occupational Therapy Club, and is a Supplemental Instructor at Chapman’s TLTC. Jonathan loves participating in intramural sports, sailing, traveling, and spending time with his friends. He is a Subscriber Relations Editor and is responsible for maintaining the Crean Newsletter email account, where he will reply to students’ requests and collect feedback. His role is to directly communicate with the Crean students and determine what they would like to see in the newsletters.

Adina Corke is the Managing Editor (not pictured) and is responsible for helping lead the publication team. Adina is a Junior double majoring in Psychology and English Literature here at Chapman. She communicates with the Creen Peer Academic Advisor and team members. Her role also includes assisting the editor with content and compiling the information prior to final submission.
