The Office of Diversity & Inclusion, Student Government Association, and four different colleges will collaborate to host Diversity Community Cafe’s during the spring semester. The idea to host dialogues within colleges grew from a gathering developed by Regina Bryant and Jackie Palacios in spring 2019. These events are meant to create an open dialogue among students, faculty, and staff about important issues impacting students of color and marginalized communities. The goal of these dialogues is to encourage students, faculty, and staff to work together to create lasting changes within different colleges at Chapman. 

During the spring semester, Schmid College of Science and Technology, Fowler School of Engineering, Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, and Dodge College of Film and Media Arts will be hosting a Diversity Community Cafe.  These events will be held on the following dates and times:
