Enter your film in the “Next Generation” school film competition
The 23rd Brussels Short Film Festival will take place from 2nd to 12th of September but you can already submit your short film to the 24th competition which will take place from April 21st to May 1st 2021.
Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to participate to the most important short film festival in Belgium, and one of the most important in Europe! Submit your film to the “Next Generation” school film competition, a huge opportunity to meet the public and professionals from all over the world, at an extremely reduced registration fee.
The selected films compete for prizes worth a total of €35,000.
An ideal launch pad for your first short films, the “Next Generation” competition is, since its creation in 2013, an opportunity to present your film to nearly 25,000 spectators and meet nearly 700 film professionals, including international buyers, distributors and festival programmers.
However, a few technical criteria must be taken into consideration when proposing a short film:
– The film must not exceed 30 minutes in length.
– All genres are accepted.
– The film must be produced, or have had its first public exhibition, after January 1st, 2019.
All the films submitted to the festival will be available for professionals via the Short Film Market.
