The Musical,&#8221; and &#8220;Palm County&#8221; are some of this season&#8217;s biggest successes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Adding to it&#8217;s already incredible line of film festival screenings, &#8220;Shoot the Moon&#8221; has been selected by the judges during this year&#8217;s FLICKERS: Rhode Island International Film Festival (RIIFF), August 7-12, 2012.\u00a0 The film has already won Best Student Film at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gviff.com\/awards\">Greenville International Film Festival<\/a>, Grand Remi Award for Best Student Film at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldfest.org\/\">Worldfest-Houston<\/a>, both the Best Short Film and Best of Fest Award at the Kansas City Film Fest, and other notable accolades.\u00a0 The <a href=\"http:\/\/shootthemoonfilm.com\/\">film has a beautiful website<\/a>, where you can view the synopsis, cast and crew credits, and many other details.\u00a0 Check out the trailer:<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Shoot the Moon Trailer\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/30093281?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Among Giants&#8221; screened at the New Zealand Mountain Film Festival, selected from nearly 150 films entered this year, making it the first Chapman film to screen in New Zealand!\u00a0 It played last month at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thinlinefilmfest.com\">Thin Line Film Fest in Denton, TX<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bigskyfilmfest.org\">Big Sky Documentary Film Festival<\/a> in Missoula, MT. \u00a0Take a look at the film on our Vimeo site:<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/vimeo.com\/37326665.<\/p>\n<p>Stony Brook Film Festival has accepted not one, but <em>two<\/em> Dodge College films to their festival. Both &#8220;Shooting the Moon&#8221; and &#8220;Election Day&#8221; will screen in their 1,000-seat theater to packed audiences.\u00a0 You can find out more about the festvial <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stonybrookfilmfestival.com\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Election Day has taken the Platinum Remi prize at\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldfest.org\/\">Worldfest in Houston<\/a>, and also screened recently at the Macon Film Fesitval, in California.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Incest!
