{"id":222,"date":"2011-02-11T01:14:00","date_gmt":"2011-02-11T09:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogschapman.wpenginepowered.com\/dodge\/2011\/02\/11\/announcing-our-summer-film-institute-for-high-school-students\/"},"modified":"2011-02-11T01:14:00","modified_gmt":"2011-02-11T09:14:00","slug":"announcing-our-summer-film-institute-for-high-school-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/dodge\/2011\/02\/11\/announcing-our-summer-film-institute-for-high-school-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcing our Summer Film Institute for High School Students!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\n\t<font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Calibri\" size=\"3\">I know most of you reading the blog at this point have already applied and are graduating this year, but I wanted to just write a quick message about a new summer program we are doing.<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\n\t<font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Calibri\" size=\"3\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\n\t<font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Calibri\" size=\"3\">For the first time, Dodge College is hosting a Summer Film Institute for junior and seniors in high school. It&rsquo;s a two week intensive program all about the ins and outs of film production. Students will have the unique chance to work with our faculty, as well as use our facilities, and have an experience that no other high school student can get. This is a great way to check out Dodge College, and get some great experience making films!<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\n\t<font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Calibri\" size=\"3\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\n\t<font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Calibri\" size=\"3\">All the information is on our <a href=\"http:\/\/ftv.chapman.edu\/programs\/hs_summer_program\/\">website<\/a>&nbsp;so if you know anyone who would be interested, have them check it out! Applications are due April 1.<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\n\t<font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Calibri\" size=\"3\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\n\t<font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Calibri\" size=\"3\">As for everyone else, I know there are a lot of people still waiting on decisions. I promise we are trying to get them out as soon as possible. If you have been admitted, look for the Panther for a Day invitation that emailed to you soon.
