\nWe are inspired by the reality of the world featured in television and film, and create our own experiences in our everyday lives. Reality is everything that happens to you every day that you don’t plan for, couldn’t account for, and wouldn’t ever imagine. The students of Dodge College live their life each day unscripted: ready for whatever innovative, incredible and unpredictable opportunity arises. This is our reality.

\nJoin us on the evening of Friday, May 17<\/strong> for the Cecil Awards, an annual awards show recognizing the student achievements in film and media arts at Chapman University’s Dodge College.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n


\nThe annual Cecil Awards show is a student-run event which highlights the hardest working people in Dodge College:

\nFull of awards, speeches, laughs, and awesome
\nKodak<\/del>
\n Instagram moments, the show has grown from a short, ad-hoc spoof of a Daytime Emmy Awards-caliber pageant, to a lavish, full-fledged red-carpet ceremony which offers local sponsors the chance to support our student body as they celebrate themselves.

\nThis year, the creative team planning the Cecil Awards has brought the concept full circle, in choosing the tongue-in-cheek theme of
\nreality TV <\/strong>
\nas the unifying force driving the festivities.
\n
\nI’ll be giving you lots of updates about how to engage with the show in the upcoming weeks, but for now make sure to
