just for current Dodge students.\u00a0 They take place this Saturday and Sunday, with two sessions each to choose from.\u00a0 You&#8217;ll definitely want to learn these skills to boost your productivity on- and off-set, the sooner the better!<\/p>\n<p>If you have a project coming up and plan to shoot on the stage, we suggest you get your crew into these workshops (we&#8217;re looking at you, freshmen).\u00a0 More workshops may be added if the need arises.\u00a0 Sign-up sheets will be posted on the shop door, MKS 125.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Stage Systems Workshop <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Stage System Workshop will teach you safety rules as well as how to use the lighting boards, hoists, elephant doors, roll up doors and scissor lifts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saturday, September 7<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 9 a.m. \u2013 noon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday, September 7<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 1-4 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><b>Sceneshop Workshop<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Sceneshop Workshop will train you to safely use the saws, nail guns and other tools available to you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sunday, September 8<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 9 a.m.-noon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunday, September 8<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 1-4 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: <strong>Please be sure to wear tennis shoes or boots to these workshops.\u00a0\u00a0 You will not be allowed to take the workshops if you don\u2019t.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With fall semester in full swing, we&#8217;re holding some essential equipment and safety workshops this weekend &#8211;
