The CES believes there is no benefit from participating as it would only take valuable time, energy and resources from meeting our goal within the CES in developing the highest quality teaching professionals.&#xD;<br \/>\nAs<br \/>\n<a title=\"Dean Cardinal Homepage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/ces\/about\/message.aspx\">Dean Cardinal <\/a><br \/>\nhas stated, &#x201C;After careful collaboration with our faculty, staff and university leadership, and after a thorough review of the NCTQ report and confirming the methodological and factual errors in the original request by NCTQ as well with the June &#xA0;NCTQ report, we reaffirm our stance not to participate.
