Co-sponsoring the White House gathering is the Military Child Education Association.&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<br \/>\nDr. De Pedro teaches primarily in the Ph.D. in Education, Leadership Studies, and the M.A. in Leadership Development. He earned his Ph.D. in Urban Educational Policy from the University of Southern California.
