College of Educational Studies staff, faculty, students, friends and family gathered Friday evening May 12 to celebrate the accomplishments of IES graduating seniors. The annual awards ceremony was held one week before the students cross the stage to receive their diplomas.<\/p>\n
As all of our graduating seniors are well aware, the IES major has five major learning outcomes, including: Leader and Change Agent, Ethically-Responsible Decision-Maker, Learner & Scholar, Advocate for Inclusive and Supportive Communities, and Facilitator and Collaborator. The IES faculty nominated students who have especially exemplified the standards in each category. The winners are listed in bold:<\/p>\n
