Using a heuristic phenomenological approach, she will examine the racialized experiences of Black, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW230855415 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">Indigenous<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW230855415 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\"> and other people of color working in child <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW230855415 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW230855415 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">life<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW230855415 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\"> specialist roles<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW230855415 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">, alongside child life leaders\u2019 class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW116617837 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">g<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW116617837 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">raduate <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW116617837 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">r<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW116617837 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">esearch <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW116617837 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">a<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW116617837 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">ssistant, and it quickly became evident that his theoretical and methodological expertise would be a great asset to my research endeavors at Chapman,\u201d she said. \u201cI am grateful for Dr. Allen\u2019s willingness to share knowledge, steadfast support and perceptive mentorship \u2013 his ability to sense when to encourage forward movement or offer space for reflection has been instrumental to my
