Included is a visit to the record holding \u201cBarber Pole\u201d tree and an up close look at the desert night lizard, one of the smallest reptiles in the world, which lives under the dead limbs of the Joshua Tree.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This springtime visit, complete with beautifully<br \/>\nflowering trees, shows why Joshua Tree National Park is such a national treasure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Note: This episode was released across Public Broadcasting Service&#8217;s (PBS) affiliated stations in California, but not necessarily on the same day for each station.
