On Thursday, December 3rd, 2020, some critical Chapman systems, including chapman.edu and my.chapman.edu were unexpectedly unavailable between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (PST).  This was due to an unexpected outage during planned maintenance on our main datacenter network. Fortunately, cloud services such as Email, Canvas, and Zoom were not impacted.

IS&T has determined that the outage was due to a bug in our network device software and will be applying a fix in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
