The Visitor Management System is helping our campus safety personnel better track guest, volunteer, and delivery activity on campus.\u00a0 The new system sends an alert to the person expecting a visitor or delivery via text, chat, and email and also provides a badge for the visitor to wear while they are on campus.\u00a0 Our continued goal is to make sure we\u2019re doing everything we can to\u00a0 help continue providing a safer environment for our student, faculty and staff.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1075 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/information-systems\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/68\/2018\/03\/visitor-management-iPad.png\" alt=\"visitor management iPad\" width=\"193\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/information-systems\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/68\/2018\/03\/visitor-management-iPad.png 800w, https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/information-systems\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/68\/2018\/03\/visitor-management-iPad-271x300.png 271w, https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/information-systems\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/68\/2018\/03\/visitor-management-iPad-768x852.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 193px) 100vw, 193px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So here is how it works. Upon arriving at the 9401 building, visitors are required to check in at our Receptionist Management System located at the front counter. The system walks the visitor through a quick and easy check-in process on an iPad. Here they are asked to provide information such as their name, phone number, etc. as well as a photo ID.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact our Rinker IT support team at <a
