Upgrade Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Fellow Panther\u2019s,<\/p>\n<p>As many of you are already aware, there was a PeopleSoft \/ Tools upgrade completed over this past weekend.\u00a0 Even though the upgrade was successful, there was an unexpected issue with the internet browser caching causing reports not to open.\u00a0 Below, we have provided some easy to follow instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies on Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1086 alignleft\" \u201c<strong>Everything<\/strong>\u201d from the \u201c<strong>Time range to clear<\/strong>\u201d drop down menu\n<ul>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>Clear Now<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Close and restart Firefox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a
