With live captioning enabled by the meeting host, all meeting participants will be able to see a transcription what is being said, live time. This will allow better accessibility for meeting participants who are, for example,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in a space where there is a lot of background noise.<\/li>\n<li>do not have access to headphones or speakers.<\/li>\n<li>benefit from hearing and reading content simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To turn on the captioning, simply go to the meeting controls menu at the bottom of your Zoom meeting window and select \u201c<strong>Live Transcript<\/strong>\u201d. (see below)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/information-systems\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/68\/2021\/02\/Live-transcript.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1622\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
