This product is available to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/campus-services\/information-systems\/software\/microsoft-office-365\/index.aspx\">all Chapman faculty, students, and staff<\/a> as a part of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.<\/p>\n<p>It offers features such as real-time collaboration, video conferencing, customizable workspaces (teams and channels), and more. Microsoft Teams has recently rolled out some fantastic new features that will make managing your work and connecting with others even easier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s a breakdown of what\u2019s new:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chat and Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enhanced Teams and Channels View: <\/strong>The refreshed view lets you easily access everything you need. Click on the ellipsis at the top of your Team\u2019s list and select <strong>\u201cYour teams and channels.\u201d<\/strong> This hub displays all the teams you belong to, enabling you to search, filter, and manage them efficiently. You can create new teams, find specific ones using filters like <strong>\u2018teams you own\u2019<\/strong> or <strong>\u2018archived teams,\u2019<\/strong> respond to pending channel invites, and even check out the analytics tab to gauge your teams\u2019 engagement.
