Our goal is to make this process as smooth and supportive as possible, especially when staying connected and accessing essential digital tools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Alumni Email Access<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Starting with the Class of 2025, graduates will retain access to their Chapman University email accounts for\u202fthree years\u202fafter completing their final class. This extended access period gives them the time and flexibility to transition communications, update their contact information, and save important personal data.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">We&#8217;re also applying this update retroactively. T<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">he graduating class of 2023 will keep their access until 2026<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> the graduating class of 2024 will keep their access until 2027<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Anyone who graduated from Chapman University prior to 2023 will no longer have access after a six-month grace period. The alumni will receive several email notifications before their access expires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Microsoft 365 and OneDrive<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Alumni will also retain access to\u202fMicrosoft 365 web apps and\u202fOneDrive storage\u202ffor\u202fone year\u202fafter graduation. We encourage our graduates to back up their files and move data to personal accounts as soon as possible to avoid disruption.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">For step-by-step guidance and to learn about the graduates&#8217; access to software and services, please visit the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/campus-services\/information-systems\/policies-and-procedures\/alumni-access-after-graduation.aspx\">Alumni Tech Access Information Page<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">We know this chapter of our graduates&#8217; journey is filled with change, and we&#8217;re here to support them every step of the way.
