The talk will be held in Kennedy Hall 237AB from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will be moderated by Fowler School of Law Dean Matt Parlow.&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<br \/>\nBall has been a writer for<br \/>\n<em>The Atlantic<\/em><br \/>\n since 2011, and appears regularly as an analyst on NBC&#x2019;s<br \/>\n<em>Meet the Press<\/em><br \/>\n, CBS&#x2019;s<br \/>\n<em>Face the Nation<\/em><br \/>\n, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and NPR. In 2012, she was awarded the Toner Prize for Excellence in Political Reporting for her presidential campaign coverage. She is also a recipient of the Sandy Hume Memorial Award for Excellence in Political Journalism and the Lee Walczak Award for Political Analysis. Before joining<br \/>\n<em>The Atlantic<\/em><br \/>\n staff, she wrote for<br \/>\n<em>Politico<\/em><br \/>\n, the<br \/>\n<em>Las Vegas Review-Journal<\/em><br \/>\n and the<br \/>\n<em>Las Vegas Sun, <\/em><br \/>\nand has worked for newspapers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Cambodia, as well as the<br \/>\n<em>New York Times<\/em><br \/>\n and the<br \/>\n<em>Washington Post<\/em><br \/>\n. She is a graduate of Yale University and was a 2009 recipient of the Knight-Wallace journalism fellowship at the University of Michigan.&#xD;<br \/>\n&#xD;<br \/>\nThe Chapman Dialogue series is a
