Fowler School of Law students Brianna Ruiz (JD \u201818) and Grace Nguyen (JD \u201818) took home the first place title last weekend at the annual Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition in Costa Mesa, California.<\/p>\n<p>Nguyen was also recognized as second-place oral advocate\u00a0and Ruiz was recognized\u00a0as the 10th-place oral advocate\u00a0in preliminary rounds. Ruiz and Nguyen were one of two teams competing in the event; Caitlin Ramsey (JD \u201818) and Suneeta Israni (JD \u201818) also attended and advanced to the quarterfinal round.<\/p>\n<p>Chapman Law students also competed at the regional round of the National Trial Competition in Los Angeles.
