Dean John Eastman was quoted in an article in the New York Times<\/em> featuring John Yoo entitled, \u201cTerror-War Fallout Lingers Over Bush Lawyers.\u201d The article discusses legal briefs written by professor Yoo during his tenure with the Bush administration and raises questions as to what responsibility government lawyers should have if their legal advice is later viewed by authorities as quite flawed. Dean Eastman argued that it is unfair to single out government lawyers for the advice they gave in the days immediately following the 2001 terrorist attacks.
