Fowler School of Law hosted the Consulate of Mexico\u2019s annual Labor Rights Week Kickoff on Saturday. The event is a collaborative effort between the Mexican Consulate and the United States Department of Labor, United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and other labor organizations which strive to increase awareness and inform workers and employers about the their rights and responsibilities under United States labor laws.<\/p>\n<p>Fowler School of Law was honored at the event with a certificate of special recognition from the Consulate of Mexico and United States Representative Lou Correa\u2019s office for its participation.
