What Are the Worst Supreme Court Decisions?\u201d\u00a0 In the article constitutional law professors and other experts from across the country were asked what they believe is the worst Supreme Court decision.\u00a0 The most common answer given by the conservatives interviewed was Roe v. Wade.<\/em> Dean Eastman responded that Roe v.
