Katherine Baird Darmer Outstanding Professor of the Year Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every year, the Chapman Law students bestow a \u201cprofessor of the year\u201d award on a member of the faculty.\u00a0\u00a0 In honor of the late Professor Darmer, who was beloved by the students and was an excellent classroom teacher, the Student Bar Association has voted to rename the award.\u00a0 From this point forward it will be the \u201cM. Katherine Baird Darmer Outstanding Professor of the Year Award.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The professor of the year award was not presented at the Barrister\u2019s Ball, as is customary.\u00a0 The first ever M.
