First Lieutenant Rebecca Kipper, a member of the California Army&#8217;s National Guard, was called to military duty in February, just months before she would have completed her final semester at Chapman. One of Chapman&#8217;s finest students, Kipper will return in 2013 to finish her studies upon the completion of her tour.
