{"id":1805,"date":"2012-06-11T19:58:05","date_gmt":"2012-06-12T02:58:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogschapman.wpenginepowered.com\/law\/2012\/06\/11\/chapman-law-to-host-afghan-students\/"},"modified":"2012-06-11T19:58:05","modified_gmt":"2012-06-12T02:58:05","slug":"chapman-law-to-host-afghan-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/law\/2012\/06\/11\/chapman-law-to-host-afghan-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Chapman Law to Host Afghan Students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chapman University School of Law is honored to be amongst select law schools, including Harvard and Stanford University, which were invited to participate in the Public Private Partnership for Justice Reform in connection with the American University of Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>Dean Campbell and Chapman University&#8217;s Chancellor Daniele C. Struppa have created a program to provide full-tuition scholarships to highly accomplished Afghan students to participate in Chapman&#8217;s International and Comparative Law L.L.M. program, in order to learn the United States rule of law principals.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In Afghanistan, the rule of law is not completely established, so it is not easy to adjudicate; that is why the law program is so important for Afghanistan&#8217;s future,&#8221; said Dr. C.
