L.A. Times <\/em>quoted Dean Campbell and Professor Rotunda in an article entitled “Forty years after Watergate, many legal reforms rolled back.”\u00a0<\/a> The article concludes that, although in the aftermath of the Watergate scandal there were many reforms to U.S. laws.,\u00a0 many of those changes have since been eliminated.\u00a0 Professor Rotunda is quoted as saying, “”We really shouldn’t think Watergate solved anything. Watergate was a problem and it could come up again.”<\/p>\n
