\"Rotunda\"<\/a>Professor Ronald Rotunda recently visited the Federal University of Brazil to give a speech on The Right of Dissent When the Nation is at War<\/em>. The university is the largest in Brazil and boasts its own Center of Legal & Economic Sciences as well as its reputation for exemplary teaching and research.<\/p>\n

Justice (\u201cMinister\u201d in Brazil) Gilmar Ferreira Mendes from Rio de Janeiro met with Rotunda and accepted a copy of Rotunda\u2019s six-volume Rotunda & Nowak, Treatise on Constitutional Law<\/em> (5th ed. 2013). Justice Mendes is a Brazilian Justice of the Supremo Tribunal Federal, or the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court.
