This is his first term serving as Mayor. Murdock has spent over 20 years involved with the City of Brea Community Services Department. He has also been running his own law practice, Brett Murdock Attorney at Law, in Brea, California since 2011.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a B.A. in political science and philosophy from the University of California, San Diego and his JD from the Chapman University Dale E.
