Fowler School of Law Professor Nancy Schultz&#x2019;s fourth edition of<br \/>\n<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aspenlaw.com\/aspen-coursebook-series\/id-9781454852049\/Persuasive_Legal_Writing_Fourth_Edition\">Persuasive Legal Writing<\/a><\/em><br \/>\n, co-authored with Louis J. Sirico, Jr., was released by Wolters Kluwer in January 2015.<br \/>\n<em>Persuasive Legal Writing<\/em><br \/>\n offers complete instruction, exercises and examples to teach students how to frame and assert arguments. Fowler School of Law. She has co-authored four texts in the research and writing field, and organized and presented numerous programs at national and international gatherings of legal writing professionals and other legal educators. She has also authored four articles on legal education and lectured on the subject at the JAG School of Charlottesville, Virginia.
