This November, the Leatherby Libraries is hosting a three-part <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Intro to R programming workshop series to help you learn more about coding in R. <\/span><\/strong>Whether you are a complete beginner or need a refresher, <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> this workshop series will provide participants with fundamental knowledge and hands-on coding skills. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">*Each workshop builds off of the information covered in previous sessions. It <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is recommended<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to attend all three workshops to gain a complete set of fundamental skills in writing code in R and creating data visualization. If you are unable to make a session, it <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is recommended<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that you review the information covered in the previous session to help you understand the topics discussed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Workshop 1 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/chapman.libcal.com\/event\/13284162\">Introduction to R Programming <\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Friday, November 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">An overview of<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> R syntax, the R Studio interface, data structures in R, importing datasets, and saving your <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">work in R.
