His inspiring career in musical performance, innovative approach to lecturing at the podium, and deep devotion to music education continue to inspire new musicians to this day. At Chapman University, the Temianka Music Research Scholar program expands the scholarship on his legacy and aims to deepen the understanding of Temianka\u2019s life, work, and lasting impact on the world of music.<\/div>\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div>This past year, Charlotte Yoder \u201925 served as the Temianka Music Research Scholar for 2025\u20132026. In this role, she helped give shape to the scope of the position through her scholarly efforts and research insights. The greatest portion of her contribution lies in how she laid the foundation for a multi-year project for future Temianka Music Research Scholars: a comprehensive bibliography of all extant sources on Henri Temianka. After compiling, sorting, and grouping over 900 sources\u2014ranging from books, newspaper articles, and press clippings to archival collections\u2014it became clear that this work would require a longer-term project than could be completed in one academic year. It is a wonderful interview and an exciting addition to the existing published scholarship on Henri Temianka and a testament to his legacy.<\/div>\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div>To view
