Whether you’re working on group projects or cramming together for a final exam, the
\nLeatherby Libraries group study rooms<\/a>
\ncan be an excellent resource. Starting in Spring 2015, they will be even more helpful.\u00a0Chapman University users will
\nlogin to the room booking system<\/a>
\nwith their Chapman username and password\u00a0instead of registering for room booking accounts.

In the following list, Eddie Sauceda, head of circulation at the Leatherby Libraries, explains how the new system will work for students, staff, and faculty:<\/p>\n

Chapman Students:<\/strong>
\nActively enrolled students must use their Chapman University logon.\u00a0 Students must have an active library account prior to logging in to the room booking system. Since student accounts are loaded into Sierra every term, they should not have a problem accessing the room booking system.<\/p>\n

Chapman Staff and Faculty:<\/strong>
\nCurrently employed administrators, faculty, and staff must use their Chapman University logon. They must have an\u00a0active library account prior to logging in to the room booking system. Staff and faculty are not automatically added to Sierra and must register for a library account prior to logging into the room booking system.<\/p>\n

Chapman Alumni:<\/strong>
\nAlumni must obtain their Alumni ID card from the card\/access services office before registering for both a library account and room booking account at the Circulation Desk.<\/p>\n

Brandman Patrons:<\/strong>
\nBrandman patrons must call Brandman Library services at (800) 344-5756 (extension 1) to have their library account activated and obtain their Brandman ID card prior to registering for a room booking account at the Circulation Desk.<\/p>\n
