Long School of Pharmacy Alumni of the Year Award. He will be recognized on September 9th at the UOP White Coat Ceremony.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Grants:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/our-faculty\/rennolds-ostrom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rennolds Ostrom <\/a>and his collaborators were awarded a new R01 grant from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NIH) to study the compartmentation of second messenger signaling in airway smooth muscle. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.chapman.edu\/pharmacy\/2023\/06\/09\/2-2m-r01-grant-is-awarded-to-dr-ren-ostrom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The total award is for over $2.2M across a 4-year-span.<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/our-faculty\/miao-zhang\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Miao Zhang<\/a> received an award from the Chapman University Faculty Grant for Research, Scholarship &amp;
