This award honors one professional per year in California and is the highest honor given by CSHP.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Chapman University, Hill Besinque had already mentored thousands of pharmacists and paved the way for pharmacists to have a greater impact on women&#8217;s and reproductive health. <a
